Shipping Policy

At Kinetik Chrono, we understand that purchasing a luxury timepiece requires trust at every step. We take great care in packaging and shipping each watch securely to help ensure it arrives safely and in the condition expected.

Shipping

All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, payment verification, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Insured Delivery

All timepieces are shipped fully insured for the value of the shipment. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery. We strongly recommend having your order delivered to a secure location where an authorized recipient will be available to sign for the package.

Shipping Address

Orders will only be shipped to the address confirmed and approved at the time of purchase. We may request additional information or verification before shipment for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

If you need to make changes to your shipping information, please contact Kinetik Chrono before your order has been shipped. Once a package is in transit, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor its progress.

Carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Kinetik Chrono's control may affect the estimated delivery date.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier and insurance provider as appropriate.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives with visible signs of damage or tampering, please document the condition of the package before opening it and contact Kinetik Chrono immediately.

Please retain all original packaging and shipping materials while the issue is being reviewed, as they may be required for an insurance claim.

International Shipping

International shipping availability is determined on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise agreed upon prior to purchase.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local carrier procedures.
